VOID labels in the field of spare parts logistics for the automotive industry must meet high security requirements and be equipped as security labels for variable use. Logistics security labels are manufactured with the highest precision and can serve as a certificate of authenticity and seal of quality with a wide range of security features.
Holograms with forgery-proof features are best suited for quick visual verification of a product's authenticity. We offer the highest security requirements and produce holograms using the nano optical imaging process with resolutions of over 637,000 dpi.
In addition, variable QR codes and serial numbers can be integrated into the label with hologram.
In addition to the optical security features in the label, invisible authentication options can also be integrated. We use special pigments and reading devices for this purpose, which are used in various ways to confirm a certificate of authenticity.
The thermochromic effect can be used as a reversible effect for safety-related tests. A check can be carried out with a simple, conventional lighter.
The Reversible Thermochromic Effect reacts at a temperature of approx. 60°C and changes from gray to pink. When the label cools down, the area turns gray again.
This invisible UV ink is transparent in daylight and only becomes visible when exposed to a UV lamp. The UV-Red enables a label to be checked quickly.
The UV ink is most clearly visible with a UV lamp at a wavelength of 365nm. The ink is invisible in daylight.
The photochromic ink is transparent when not activated and reacts to certain wavelengths of sunlight, changing color from colorless to a specific hue after some time of exposure.
This ink can be placed in an inconspicuous place and used for a simple check or for a control point of a product.
The Raster Effect is a special printing method in which alternating lines are arranged in such a way that they reveal a pattern or words when overlaid with a special raster foil. The label can be checked quickly and easily using an efficient and cost-effective tool.
The Void Tamper Effect prevents the label from being reused due to self-destruction during removal attempts. A layer separation is carried out in the label, which causes the word VOID to appear on the substrate and in the label. The label is thus destroyed and cannot be reused.
The Holographic Scratch Effect offers the possibility of placing hidden information in the label, which can be made visible to the user by simply scratching away the holographic security strip. In this case, it is the access data to the website, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code.
In order to view the microscopic safety effects, magnifying optics are required with which the details can be recognized.
We recommend using magnification optics of at least 100x to 200x.
The morph effect is created by special thickening of the lines in the printed image and is very difficult to forge. The fine lines form a unique pattern and can hardly be forged.
The MicroText is printed in positive and negative in this area. This makes the details in high-resolution security printing clear. The printed image is unique and can only be copied with difficulty.
The guilloche pattern is created with a unique line pattern, which is often used in security printing technology for the design of certificates and documents and also serves as a security feature.
The MicroText-Color can be used with different colors as an optical outline for the design of an element in print and as a security feature at the same time.
The relief effect is created by curving the lines in the printed image and, like the morph effect, is very difficult to fake. The letters appear raised here and look three-dimensional.
The holographic strip has been produced using Nano Optical Imaging technology and therefore offers unique optical relief structures with forgery-proof elements. Here it is used as a holographic scratch-off film.
