Hologram foils and sealing foils for the printing & packaging industry. With custom hologram design and over 100 samples from our inventory.

These are in particular the hologram foils produced in the NOI process, as transparent hologram foils (HRI), or seamless.

The carrier material for hologram foils is usually a plastic film that can be thermomechanically embossed and has resistant properties. The holographic relief structure is then well formed and provides high light refraction and thus an excellent optical effect. The hologram film, which is made of coated PET or PP, is embossed with a holographic embossing shim using the roll-to-foil process and finished with a special coating for the various applications.

With special hologram Patterns in the NOI (Nano Optical Imaging) segment, a certain level of counterfeit protection can also be guaranteed, as these hologram foils can only be obtained from a production facility.

Hologram films and laminating films with hologram for the printing & packaging industry are delivered embossed and pre-treated for printing.

The minimum quantity for a custom embossed film run is between 10,000 - 50,000 square meters depending on the material and pattern. We are constantly working on new and unusual patterns to offer our customers unique design variations.
