In a holographic master all properties of the hologram are defined.
With the different exposure technologies it is possible to expose computer generated files, images, vector graphics or short film sequences, into a holographic film. The reactive photopolymer film is exposed by means of different lasers and thus the source file is transferred to the holographic film in a unique way.
The individual lines of the resulting relief structure diffract the reflecting light at different angles, which have been calculated beforehand. There are various systems that can be used for master creation, depending on the security requirements.
The holographic design, in combination with the technical possibilities, is the decisive factor to produce a distinctive and absolutely tamper-proof hologram label. Our designers are trained to translate all your wishes into a hologram-ready art-work, while preserving the identity of the brand.

The exposure system of the Dot Matrix Lithography technology enables effects in the high security segment with up to 120,000 dpi. A large part of the holographic applications can be covered with this proven system.
All effects of DML exposure require an external light source for in-depth viewing. Basically, a hologram is illuminated from an angle of 45° from above in order to best see the imprinted elements in direct view. The animations are made visible either by moving the light source or the hologram.
The Nano Optical Imaging technology exposure system enables the most forgery-proof effects in the hologram, absolutely unique and comparable to electron beam exposures, with up to 637,000 dpi.
With this technology it is possible to create effects that can get by even with indirect lighting, such as the relief effects and the black and white elements. The depth effect is considerably stronger than in the DML hologram and offers completely different design possibilities.
Discover here the possible holographic effects of the different master technologies. Each higher security level includes the one below it and greatly expands the difficulty level for counterfeiters. Each hologram is unique in its structures, which have been defined in the design.
