Delivery form / colors / printability
All holograms can be supplied either in requested sheet format, or on individualized rolls. The standard colors are silver and gold. All colors of the rainbow and special colors are available. (E.g. Blue, green, red, violet, pink, orange, brown, gray.
Of course, partial holographic labels, bags, sleeves are also completely printed and ready delivered.
As base material usually a plastic-film is used which is thermomechanic embossable and shows resistant properties to build a strong surface which can rebuild the holographic relief structure. This film, mostly made of coated PET is embossed, equipped with a special glue on the back, applied on siliconised paper, the form of the hologram is punched out and finally it´s cut into sheets or rolls with single stickers. Mostly the stickers are produced with a special glue to destroy itself while try to peel of the final surface (temper evident). Of course holograms can be produced with full effective surface to laminate a base-material.
Holographic Sealing Film
With hot-stamping-foils the holographic embossed layer is delivered with various other varnishes and a thermal reactive layer on a polyester carrier. With using heatable printing cylinders the foil is connected permanently with the substrate. Hot-stamping-foils aren´t removable without destroying them. This is the reason for using them in protecting paper-documents like e.g. bank notes, tickets, entrance cards etc...
This foils are similar to the hot-stamping-foils. But here the holographic layer is transferred with a speciell UV-technic (cold) onto the substrate.
Holographic sealing film is manufactured in a customer-specific design (mastering) as standard to ensure effective counterfeiting security.
Hot-Stamping Foils or Cold-Transfer Foils are perfectly suited to apply to secure base materials such as carton or paper against counterfeiting. The foil is transferred in a special procedure onto the substrat and can´t be subsequently removed. The Hologram is permanent bonded to the product. This application is used in large quantities and only on industrial production lines.
The "sleeve" part of the "Shrink Sleeve" is a tube of clear PVC film. During the processing process these sleeves shrink by heat and adapt closely to the shape of the container or product, creating a smooth label - a uniform product package. With brilliant graphics and designs, these sleeves are perfect for making a high-quality product.
Our shrink films are supplied with a holographic strip which protects the product against counterfeiting.
Holographic Sealing Wads
Wads are sealing closures that prevent leakage, manipulation, contamination and unauthorized handling of various automotive and pharmaceutical products.
Our partner produces the Wads in a special process by laminating a holographic image using an aluminum foil, which in turn is coated with a layer of wax and LDPE, making it water-resistant.
Subsequently, the wads are sealed at the openings of the product with induction sealing machines.
